Health Plans:

ROQUE EYE CLINIC offices are in-network providers for literally dozens of health and vision insurance plans. To find out whether we are providers with your insurance, please contact us in advance of your appointment. We provide complimentary insurance billing and will help you obtain prior authorization for covered procedures which require this process. Under many circumstances, insurance companies consider LASIK, Botox, Restylane, Eyelid Rejuvenation and some other procedures to be non-covered services. As each case is unique, we encourage you to learn about your own plan's offerings, and we will assist you in determining your coverage where possible.

Out of Pocket Options:
For non-covered services, ROQUE EYE CLINIC accepts cash, cashier check or money order, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, and BPI.
